What vehicles can I list on Jordi?

Any personal or dealer vehicle from 2010 or newer in good working condition. We accept sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, coupes, and electric vehicles. The vehicle must be registered in your name with a clean title and pass our inspection before going live.

What happens if a renter damages my car?

Every rental starts and ends with a timestamped digital condition checklist signed by both parties. Our 360° hardware documents the vehicle throughout. If damage occurs, Jordi's dispute team reviews the evidence and resolves the claim — you never chase the renter directly.

Can I list while my car is still for sale?

Absolutely — this is one of the most popular reasons hosts list on Jordi. When your car sells, notify us and we handle the renter transition. If a renter has a prepaid commitment, we find a comparable replacement within 24 hours at no cost to them.

Do I need special insurance to list?

Keep your existing personal auto insurance. For commercial or dealer vehicles, handle your own commercial coverage and factor it into your rate. During active rentals, Jordi provides a supplemental protection layer. Renters are required to carry insurance or purchase coverage at checkout.

How does the hardware installation work?

Once your listing is approved, our team coordinates hardware installation at your location. Our interim hardware provides 360° camera coverage and telematics. When our full fleetOS hardware launches, we swap it out at no cost — and your renters get even more protection.

What's the difference between daily and weekly rental?

Daily rentals give you maximum flexibility — book for as little as one day. Weekly rentals offer a better per-day rate and suit gig workers, longer stays, or anyone who wants consistent access without ownership. Some hosts offer both; others specialize in one. Each listing shows exactly what's available.

What happens if the car I'm renting gets sold?

Your rental is fully protected. If the host sells the vehicle during your active booking, Jordi finds a comparable replacement within 24 hours at no extra cost. If we can't deliver within 24 hours, you receive a prorated credit. Your life doesn't stop — and neither does your rental.

Do I need my own insurance?

You can use your existing personal auto insurance as primary coverage. If you want additional protection, choose an insurance option at checkout — from basic liability to comprehensive. Jordi also provides a supplemental protection layer on every active rental.

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes. 48+ hours before start: full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: non-refundable. For prepaid multi-week commitments, prorated refunds apply for unused weeks beyond the cancellation window.

What is the 360° monitoring hardware?

Every Jordi vehicle has hardware that captures 360° camera footage and telematics. This protects you — if an incident occurs, there's documented evidence. Footage is only accessed by Jordi for dispute resolution and never shared without cause. Cabin cameras are event-triggered only, privacy-first by design.
